
Erica Yeboah Nketiah is the Head of Communication at Elizka Relief
Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s strategic communications,
branding, stakeholder engagement, and public relations efforts. She is passionate
about using effective communication to amplify impact, strengthen partnerships,
and advance sustainable development initiatives that improve lives and build
resilient communities.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Human Settlement Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Her multidisciplinary background equips her with expertise in community development, spatial planning, project coordination, strategic communication, programme management, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), enabling her to bridge technical knowledge with compelling storytelling and evidence-based decision-making.
In her role, Erica oversees the Foundation’s communication strategy, digital presence, media relations, content development, and organizational branding. She works closely with programme teams and partners to communicate the impact of initiatives in education, sustainable livelihoods, environmental sustainability, youth development, humanitarian response, and community resilience. Her experience in programme management and M&E further supports the effective planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting of development interventions, ensuring that projects are impactful, accountable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Committed to advancing global development priorities, Erica has represented Elizka Relief Foundation at key national and international platforms, including the 2026 Voluntary National Review (VNR) engagements and 2026 Civil
Society Organization (CSO) conference meetings. Through these engagements, she has contributed to dialogue on sustainable development, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the role of civil society in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
